Project Type: New Construction
This striking building, now a feature of the Comox landscape, is more elegant at night when our carefully designed lighting system is on display. The lower floor lobby is illuminated with edge lit vertical LED fixtures which deliver direct light on the floor and cedar ceiling in an elegant fashion.
The upper-level boardroom features cedar framed LED panels, pendants, and indirect lighting, each individually controllable. The pair of totem poles placed along Dyke Road are lit from soffit lights above and in ground spot lights below.
The building won a commercial building award of merit for 2015.
